Несмотря на то, что заключительный российский этап Мирового Тура ИТХФ проигнорировали некоторые отечественные звезды НХ, турнир прошел на высоком качественном уровне и собрал в комфортабельном конференц-зале гостиничного комплекса "Измайлово-Бета" 116 участников из 5-ти стран. Призовой фонд (около 100 тысяч рублей: сертификаты на посещение этапов МТ и ОЧР следующего сезона, игровые площадки STIGA Play Off 21 и другие призы) "ушли" по назначению.
Главный приз и увесистый Кубок завоевал Арсений Столяров, который в драматичном финале, проигрывая 1-3 Никите Жолобову, сумел совершить яркий камбэк и выиграл свой второй турнир МТ в этом сезоне (в декабре Столяров одержал победу в статусном турнире в Риге). В матче за 3 место Алексей Титов выиграл у Никиты Павлова.

The organizing committee of the international Moscow Open 2019 has made the decision to carry out the next stage of the World Tour in Izmailovo hotel complex to meet the needs of participants of the tournament and also to make use of successful experience of MO-2017, МО-2018.
The complex is located in the picturesque district of the capital city, it is in the western part of the Izmaylovsky forest park, the environment is full of historical and architectural monuments. The building of hotel is closely connected with holding the XXII Olympic Games in Moscow in 1980. Five buldings symbolize five rings — Olympic Games emblems. 30-storied buildings with the 5000th number of rooms of various categories can accomodate 10000 people at the same time. The Izmailovo hotel is included in the Guinness Book of Records as the largest in Europe. The official name of association — THC (Turistsko Hotel Complex), but popularly hotel has received the name "ABVGDEYKA" which is the abbreviation of the first letters of the name of building: Alpha, Beta, Vega, Scale, Delta.
A few years ago the hotel complex has was reconstructed and repaired, and now Izmailovo hotel meets all requirements of "European standard".
Thanks to the developed infrastructure it is possible to call Izmailovo "The city in the City". There are about 20 restaurants and bars where it is possible to try dishes of various national cuisines; the branch of the bank, mail, shops, the fitness center, Day spa, the automobile parking - all these conveniences are urged to provide the maximum comfort for guests of the capital.
Important circumstance of Izmailovo hotel is transport availability. The Guerrilla metro station is in 200 meters from hotel complex. It is possible to reach the subway in 3 minutes and it will take 15 minutes to reach the Kremlin and other main sights of Moscow. It is possible to reach the hotel “Leningrad”, Yaroslavl and Kazan railroad stations in the same 15 minutes, Kursk station - in 10 minutes!
Moscow Open 2019 considered several alternative options of holding tournament of "World Tour", including the known sports grounds of the capital and conference zone of other hotels, however after studying nearly ten various halls it has been decided to hold the tournament in Izmailovo hotel which has a convinient location and quality, and available price categories for accommodation.
Tournament on March 16 there will be held in a conference room named "Moscow" on the 2nd floor of the Beta building.
The formula of the Moscow Open 2019 will be determined and published later. In case of exceeding a certain number of participants, "Most ranked players" (Amount of them will be determined soon) would be released from the qualifying round.
There would be organized a high quality video broadcast on Youtube by the company "FireSport" and "aTITOVstudio". The broadcast would be carried out, as in the stages of OCR, with 3 cameras, with graphics, titles and comments of specialists of HC.

The winners of the Moscow Open 2019, and also winners in the categories "Juniors", "Veterans", "Ladies" would be awarded with trophies, diplomas and special prizes from partners of the tournament
The registration fee of Moscow Open 2019 is 15 eur (1200 rubles) if you pay on the day of the tournament in the hall.

On March 16, Moscow will hold the ITHF world Tour tournament.
Moscow Open has always been considered an elite tournament of the World Tour. It was held in Moscow since 2001. Until 2012, the WTHT stage was called "Moscow Cup" and was among the best 6 tournaments of the World Tour (category "Big Six"). Since 2013, the tournament has received a new name - Moscow Open and a new logo, and since 2015, the Moscow stage of MT has received a new status - SUPER SERIES, entering the number of 4 main tournaments of the ITHF competition.
At this season, the RTHF decided to delegate status of "Super Series" to the tournament "St Petersburg open 2018" that celebrates the 10th anniversary. Status “Major” was given to Kursk, that was played in January, 2019. For one season, Moscow Open 2019, according to the agreements on the exchange of levels between Russian WTHT tournaments, will be a simple stage of the World Tour ITHF.
However, a temporary decrease in the "level" does not mean a reduction in the requirements of the organizing Committee to the organization of the tournament. The main priority of the organizing Committee of Moscow Open 2019 is still high-quality organization of the tournament with strict observance of the time schedule and all the necessary rules and regulations of the ITHF. Moscow Open is a tournament that positions table hockey as a professional sport with all the necessary attributes.
Moscow Open is a unique opportunity to play for leading masters of Table Hockey, leaders of the world ranking and beginners who are just making their first steps in the game.
Moscow Open 2019 unlike previous years will be held in 1 game day, March 16. And on March 17, the Open Team championship of Russia will be held. Russian and foreign teams are invited to participate in the Team championship of Russia.
